Belgian chef and sommelier, Fernand loves to create farm to fork food with a twist and pairs it with 'South African wines.

Only uses freshly picked herbs, vegetables, and fruit, which are organically grown on the farm. Guests are welcome to enjoy a stroll in our vegetable and herb gardens and indulge in the natural aromas that linger here.

We serve irresistible Unplugged Cuisine in which Fernand plays with seemingly contrasting flavours and ingredients, to blend them into everlasting memories for your taste buds! Fernand's cuisine is ultra-elegant, but nevertheless generous.

You have the choice of a two or three course dinner, which is to be communicated in advance.

Two course dinner | R250 excluding wine
Two course dinner | R350 including wine
Three course dinner | R330 excluding wine
Three course dinner | R470 including wine + (dessert wine)

Although we have a set menu, we are prepared to cater for our guests with special dietary or allergy requirements (vegan / vegetarian /gluten intolerant / lactose intolerant). However, please be sure to communicate such important details in advance.
